Study Abroad Program in China

Program Fee and Other Expenses

1. Program Fee includes the items listed below:

  • Tuition and/or instructional fees paid to partnering universities
  • Standard International student accommodation, with a double occupancy room (Single-occupancy rooms at extra cost)
  • Medical and emergency evacuation insurance
  • Medical insurance required by Chinese government
  • Visa application and processing
  • Airport pickup and drop-off upon arrival
  • Course related activities and off-campus excursions (local, plus one week trip)

2. Airfare

International Airfare (round trip) is estimated at $1,200-1,600, depending on schedule, arrival and departure points.

3. Meals (on campus):

$1,000-$1,400 per semester depending on program location.

4. Application fee: $25

5. Miscellaneous expenses are estimated at $650 per semester, and include:

  • Books and course materials
  • School Supplies
  • Local cell phone (not including usage)
  • Local transportation
