All refund requests must be submitted in writing to G-MEO. Refund eligibility is determined based on the official program start (arrival) date.

Refund Schedule

• 50 days or more before the program start (arrival) date

→ 100% refund of total program costs, excluding non-refundable fees listed below

• 49 to 31 days before the program start (arrival) date

→ 50% refund of total program costs, excluding non-refundable fees listed below

• Withdrawing less than 30 days before the program start (arrival) date

→ No refund

Non-Refundable Fees (Applicable in All Cases)

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• $25 application fee
• Any bank or transaction fees paid
• $300 program confirmation deposit, which is required by the forms & deposit deadline for all short-term programs

Additional Notes

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original form of payment.
• Processing time for approved refunds may take up to 2–3 weeks.
• G-MEO reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case alternative arrangements or refunds will be communicated directly to participants.
